A Terms Of Sale:

By purchasing an electric cigarette you agree to the following terms of sale.

You agree that all details that you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.

If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, The Electric Cigarette Shop will have right to cancel the order. Due to the personal nature of these e-cigs they cannot be returned except in the event of a fault. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform The Electric Cigarette Shop as soon as possible.

As our e-Cigs are disposable we are unable to refund or guarantee them. Unopened tubes can be returned undamaged in full packaging within 14 days for a refund - Minus £2.95 delivery charge per order and a £1 per cigarette restocking fee. Please note you are responsible for packaging and returning all returns including covering the cost of such a return.

Privacy Policy

The Electric Cigarette Shop will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third parties. We only keep the information provided to us by Paypal the payment processor for processing orders. No information is kept by us in our site or place of work. All orders are handled and processed by Paypal
